We aim to give a great service, with quick delivery times, plus keeping the customer informed at all times.
We will always do our best to help and if we can’t we will try and point you in the right direction. If there are things you would like to see in our range, then please email and let us know we are always open to suggestions

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund* within 14 days of purchase
For health & hygiene reasons compression hosiery socks, tights & stockings cannot be returned for a refund, you are ordering medical goods, therefore we are unable to refund or exchange this is why it is important to take accurate measurements
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all the tags and seals in place
If you are planning on returning an item to us please email us at info@donttravelwithoutit.com and inform us why it is being returned
We will make a full refund for the cost of the goods and the original postage costs if it is our error, if it is not our error the postage will not be refunded, and we will not be responsible for the cost of the return postage fees unless an incorrect item has been sent out in error on our part.
When returning items we recommend that you obtain ‘proof of posting’ from the Post Office which is free of charge.
